4 in studio sessions per week on designated days.

Select one of the following 2 options:

Green Hive: Monday/Wednesday FITX5 hip hop at 5:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday Burnout at 6:25pm 

Purple Hive: Monday/Wednesday Burnout at 6:25pm, Tuesday/Thursday FITX5 hip hop at 5:30pm 

Please bring a fitness mat on Burnout/Circuit days. Dumbbells optional. 



Additional Program Features: 

Four (4) in-studio fitness classes  each week featuring Fitness Pro Diane Simmons (hip hop rhythmic fit, body sculpt dumbbell training, flexibility and core training) Monday-Thursday

Easy to follow Meal Plan and custom macros

Healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Weekly grocery lists - makes groceries for pick up/delivery an easier option!

Health coaching and Accountability- Make healthy nutrition and weight maintenance a PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE vs a temporary solution

Body comp analysis progress tracking from our partner Complete Health, Roanoke




Covid-19 guidelines and social distancing will be practiced. Please wear a mask at registration desk. A waiver and medical release form will need to be completed prior to starting the program. No refunds. "No shows" do not constitute refunds or transfers to future fitness classes or products. No waiters, spectators or children permitted.
