Q. I just purchased FITX5 hiphop Fitcamp. How do I access live stream and on demand workouts and the group app?

A. Thank you for your purchase! Within 24 hours you will receive an activation link via email. Click the link and follow the directions for download.

 

Q. I just purchased the Fat Loss Nutrition Program and downloaded the Meal Prep 101 e-book. How do I access the meal plan?

A. Thank you for your purchase! Download our app, available on Google Play and Apple Store, simplyfitnessbydiane.mypt.hub.net . Create a profile and add the requested info. Once your account is created and your purchase is verified, you will then receive your custom macros and meal program within 48 hours.  

 

Q. I subscribed to FITX5 hiphop Fitcamp. Can I cancel my subscription?

A. Yes, you can cancel at anytime through your account.

 

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. No refunds can be given on digital and live stream, live purchases. Live sessions cannot be refunded, whether or not you attend. Physical products have a 3 day return policy and must be returned in their original state.
