Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 pm session is FITX5, an original hip hop dance fitness class. This is unlike other dance fitness classes you ever taken! All of your favorite music combined with specially selected fitness moves that bring maximum results in a 50 minute session. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 pm is Burnout, which is a strength and HIIT/Tabata training class. In this session we use weights and resistance bands to sculpt and tighten your physique as well as burn fat. This class is also set your favorite hip hop songs.
