Simply LIT is a low impact rhythmic fitness class. We  sweat to the beat and use dumbbells for a full body workout, without jumps or getting on the floor. This is a perfect class if you suffer from common knee or ankle injuries but still want a high energy workout! Beginners to advanced will benefit and be challenged.
