Simply L.I.T. (Low Impact Training) This is a low impact version of FITX5. This session is recommended for individuals with common knee and ankle injuries, or those that want the fun and energy of FITX5, but less stress on the joints. Simply L.I.T. also incorporates dumbbells and resistance bands to help strengthen your physique and burn fat.

Session must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase.
