Starts May 9, 2022. Low Impact Training 6 week fitcamp. Improve endurance, flexibility, balance, strength and cardiovascular health. Ideal for common knee and ankle injuries, and beginners. Intermediate and advanced individuals also benefit.

Monday 5:30 pm Simply L.I.T. (hip hop rhythmic fitness)

Tuesday 6:30 pm Trap Piyo (pilates/yoga mix) Please bring a fitness mat

Wednesday 5:30 pm Simply L.I.T. (hip hop rhythmic fitness)

Thursday 6:30 pm Trap Piyo (pilates/yoga mix) Please bring a fitness mat
