A mash up of our signature fitness classes Burnout body sculpt and Rhythmic FitX5. Be prepared to dance a little, lift weights, and sweat a lot! A fun, full body workout with a high calorie burn! 

Please bring a set of dumbbells if possible. Limited quantity available in-studio. No one under 16. No waiters/spectators. Please follow COVID-19 guidelines set by the CDC.
