Burnout is a strength and HIIT/Tabata training class. A personal training program in a group atmosphere! In this session we use a mix of weights and body weight to sculpt and tighten your physique as well as burn fat. This session is broken down into choreographed strength routines, with twenty second intervals of maximal effort, followed by 10 second rest periods. This training class is also set your favorite hip hop songs.
