6 Week Fitcamp

The 6 WEEK FITCAMP SCHEDULE:

 

Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 pm is Simply LIT. This is low impact version of Simply FITX5. This class also incorporates some dumbbell work and resistance bands. 6:30 pm is Ignite circuit training. This is a 30 minute non-stop total body workout that utilizes stations with various workouts at times intervals.

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 pm session is FITX5. A original hip hop dance fitness class. This is unlike other dance fitness classes you ever taken! All of your favorite music combined with specially selected fitness moves that bring maximum results in a 50 minute session. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 pm is Burnout. A strength and HIIT/Tabata training class. In this session we use weights and resistance bands to sculpt and tighten your physique as well as burn fat. This class is also set your favorite hip hop songs.

 

You have unlimited access to all evening sessions.

 

You are encouraged to take all sessions, but please listen to your body. Injuries can occur from over training and pushing it too hard. The minimal goal is to workout with me at least 3 different days per week. Weight training is essential for all fitness goals.

 

Sessions are open to the public. If you want to bring a friend, do so! The walk in rate is $10 per session. There is also an option to purchase 10 sessions for $72 for evening sessions. 

 

There is no child care. Children under 10 are not allowed to be in the studio. Children over 10 may have a seat upfront as long as they are no disruption. Please make arrangements for childcare during your fitness sessions.
