Burnout is a strength and HIIT training class. A personal training program in a group atmosphere! In this session we use a mix of weights and body weight to sculpt and tighten your physique as well as burn fat. This session is broken down into choreographed strength routines to your favorite hip hop songs.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Non transferrable, non refundable.
