4 in studio sessions per week on designated days and nutrition program

 

OPTION 1: GREEN HIVE 

Monday/Wednesday FITX5 hip hop at 5:30pm, Tuesday/Th Burnout at 6:25pm 

 

OPTION 2: PURPLE HIVE 

Monday/Wednesday Burnout at 6:25pm, Tuesday/Th FITX5 hip hop at 5:30pm 

 

OPTION 3: UNLIMITED ACCESS 

access to all sessions available, plus Simply Fit TV

 

 

Additional Program Features: 

In-studio fitness classes  each week featuring Fitness Pro Diane Simmons (hip hop rhythmic fit, body sculpt dumbbell training, flexibility and core training) Monday-Thursday

Our signature nutrition program 

Easy to follow Meal Plan and custom macros

Healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

Weekly grocery lists - makes groceries for pick up/delivery an easier option!

Health coaching and Accountability- Make healthy nutrition and weight maintenance a PERMANENT LIFESTYLE CHANGE vs a temporary solution

Body comp analysis progress tracking from our partner Complete Health, Roanoke

 

A waiver and medical release form will need to be completed prior to starting the program. No refunds. "No shows" do not constitute refunds or transfers to future fitness classes or products. No waiters, spectators or children permitted. (Please bring a fitness mat on Burnout/Circuit days. Dumbbells optional.)
